Finally I am taking part in Corner View.

A little bit about me: Born in Germany I grow up in Cologne. Since 2 years I live in the Netherlands. With Pim. Most of the time I live in the Netherlands, but I'm very often in my hometown Cologne. My Corner Views are for this reason about both countries.

"Einen Milchkaffee, bitte!" do you say, when you are in a café and you want to drink a latte. This is my favorite coffee to drink.

I love to go in a café with people to talk about this an that. But I also like to sit alone with a book or look around at all the other people.

At home (in the Netherlands) I drink filter coffee. Black and without sugar. But always with something to eat :)

In the Netherlands you often drink a kopje koffie in the evening, around 8pm, after dinner. For me that's too late to drink coffee. Another strange thing is drinking coffee and eating cake in the evening, that normally (in Germany) happens around 4 pm. Kaffee und Kuchen time! :)

This is my favorite cup at home. It's a old yogurt cup made from clay

Thanks lea, I'm happy that you were able to read this post instead of only looking at the pictures and guessing what the text means. :) And thanks, the apple tarte is so delicious...:)

outi, yes I wrote this in english because of corner view. I need more time to write in english..it´s a shame that it´s only with corner view. I´m thinking baout to writing little pieces in english in the future... :)

Great post... great blog!

Lovely pictures. I really like sitting on cafes too and just watch life go by while drinking my tea (since I don't like coffee :-) ).

Ida, yes it´s great to watch all the people who pass by...

Danke violet! Ich freue mich sehr! sehr! sehr!

Wonderful corner view. I have a favorite cup I drink my coffee in as well - I like your favorite clay yogurt coffee cup, it is very unique. Thank you for the translation, much appreciated... :)
